- The Department of State awarded four (4) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) under the General Services Administration (GSA) Professional Services Schedule (PSS) Contract Special Item Numbers 874-1 - Integrated Consulting Services and 874-7 Integrated Business Program Support Services. The competition was a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside conducted under Federal Acquistion Regulation (FAR) Part 8. BPAs were awarded to the following companies: 1. E-9 Corporation 2. GCC Technologies, LLC 3. MIRACORP 4. The Tolliver Group, Inc. The Department will conduct BPA Call competitions with the BPA holders (i.e., Fair Opportunity to be Considered").
