- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is No. PR: 10795710 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Quotes are due by March 18, 2016 @ 2:00 pm Pacific Time. This RFQ will result in a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 423860 or 425110. The United States Property and Fiscal Office of the Oregon Army National Guard is soliciting quotes to procure the following supply or services: VXP Application Kit for EC-145 Aircraft. Brand Name or Equal - Honeywell. Kit is composed of the following: - Bracket, Accel - Bracket, Tracker - Bracket, Main Roter - Braket Photo/Velo Tail Rotor - Cable, Transmission - Cable, Breakout - Circuit Protection Module - Velocimeter - Software Set CLIN 0001: VXP Application Kit for EC-145 CLIN 0002: Shipping to Salem, OR 97309 Requirements for your quote: Please submit a quote on your company letterhead showing a price per contract line item (CLIN) with at total price at the bottom. Include the following information on your quote: Cage code, Tax ID number, company name, phone number, contact, and email. The award will only be made to an offeror that is all-inclusive of the requirements on this solicitation. Offerors must be actively registered on the Systems for Award Management database (SAM).
