- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis is as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-16-T-0037 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 15 Mar 2016. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60 and DPN 20120724. DPAS Rating is DO-S10. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption.
