MEMORANDUM FOR FROM: 7 CONS/LGCA 381 Third Street, Bldg 7238 Dyess AFB, TX 79607 SUBJECT: F1R31B6032AW03 80 Ton Water Chiller, Request for Proposal 1. You are requested to provide pricing for the requirement listed above. The work is defined as: a. Project No. and Title: 80 Ton Water Chiller, Facility 4309 Work Order Number 50338 b. Locations: Bldg. #4309, Dyess AFB, TX 79607 c. CLIN(s): CLIN 0001. To remove/dispose of existing water chiller and circulating pumps and install a one (1) new 80 ton air cooled water chiller, chilled water piping/insulation, piping support, one (1) new chilled water pump, one (1) variable frequency drive system, and direct digital controls, in accordance with Statement of Work. 2. Please provide a preliminary proposal no later than close of business, 07 April 2016. The proposal shall meet all requirements set forth in drawings and the scope of work supplied. 3.
