Description

Justification and Approvals (sole source justification) In accordance with 41 U.S.C. 3304(f) and FAR 6.305, this is a post-award special notice hereby informing the public that the Government has awarded a non-competitive purchase order to Bruch and Bruch Construction Inc (DUNS: 115166621/Port Angeles, WA) for urgent delivery of various size rock (4-5 man rock, heavy loose rip-rap, light loose rip-rap, class A rip-rap, and 1-1/4 inch minus crushed surface base course) to the Elwha Road in Olympic National Park for park road crew to complete repairs to the river bank along roadway due to heavy rains and floods. Purchase Order no. P16PX00661 was awarded in the amount of $76,927.11. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. No solicitation document exists. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 212319 (other crushed and broken stone mining and quarrying) and the small business size standard is 500 employees.
