Description

Urgency sole source Sole Source The Naval Hospital Bremerton Contracting Office anticipates entering into a sole source procuremnt negotiations with Whidbey Island Public Hospital District for STAT and ASAP ( 1 and 2 hour turnaround time) lab testing for the Naval Hospital Oak Harbor. This announcement is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under Far 6.302-1. The above authority is cited and justification has been made based on the determination that the Government;s miniumu needs can only be satisified for servcies available from one source. The NAICS code is 541380 and is not being set aside for small businesses. the Small Business Standard is $15 M. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Other persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement Bi solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored.
