- LIST OF NSNs DLA Aviation is soliciting to establish an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Long-Term-Contract (LTC) with a one year base period and four one-year option periods. The total duration, base plus option years shall not exceed five (5) years. Small Business Size Standard is 1250 employees for NAICS 336413. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. There are fifteen (15) National Stock Nymbers (NSNs) being solicited. These items support multiple weapon systems including but not limited to the 06F (C-130 Hercules), 11F (C-5 Galaxy), and 19F (F-15 Eagle). The quantities will be the same for the base period and all four (4) option periods. The estimated annual demand quantities vary for each NSN and will be noted in the RFP. FOB Origin with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. NSNs will be evaluated on a line-by-line basis and multiples awards are anticipated. Solicitation issue date is March 31, 2016. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Request for Proposal (RFP) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab"Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download.
