- Description
- This will be a sole source acquisition for the F-15C Flat Panel Color Display Variant (FPCDv) to correct compatibility related problems between the FPCDv and the Advance Digital Core Processor II (ADCP II). These services shall include labor and supervision to manage and develop the firmware and corresponding engineering data. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Other Than Full and Open Competition. This acquisition is restricted to the following source: Rockwell Collins (CAGE:13499). The supplies or services are available from only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabilities. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. Numbered Notes 22 and 26 apply.
