Sources Sought Notice: This is a Sources Sought Notice. This does not constitute a solicitation. The information gathered from this request is for planning purposes only. If a solicitation is issued, it will be issued at a later date. The Government is not obligated, nor shall it pay, for any information received from potential sources as a result of this Sources Sought Notice. No official solicitation exists in connection to this notification. If in the future an official solicitation is released, there is no guarantee that sources responding to this sources sought will be included on the sources list. This Sources Sought Notice is to determine the availability and capability of qualified large or small businesses including certified 8 (a), Small Disadvantaged, HUBZone firms; veteran and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Women Owned Small Businesses to provide the requirement. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 811198; small business size standard is $7.5 million. The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center, Pearl Harbor is seeking vendors who can provide the following services under a General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) or an open market Firm Fixed Price service contract: Contractor shall perform tire repair and replacement services for its fleet of industrial Material Handling Equipment (MHE), Tanker Truck, and transporters at various locations on the Island of Oahu. The fleet presently includes but is not limited to forklifts of up to 20 tons, tanker trucks, and transporters. The Contractor shall provide service call support on an on-call basis, twenty-four (24) hours a day, and seven (7) days a week, as needed, to keep vehicles and equipment continuously in operation. The Contractor shall provide qualified technicians to service, repair and/or replace tires as required during the contract period. SEE ATTACHED MATERIALS AND SERVICE LIST PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Pearl Harbor Region, including Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH), Ford Island, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY and IMF) to include Controlled Industrial Area (CIA), and surrounding activities, Barbers Point/Kalaeloa/Kapolei, Kaneohe Marine Corp Air Station, Kunia, and the Pearl City Peninsula. Military base access will be required; and U.S. Citizenship is required for facility access. Qualified Contractors must be able to receive facility clearance at the CONFIDENTIAL level. Interested firms are encouraged to respond to this notice with documentation showing the companys ability to fulfill the requirement described. Responses to this notice should include: 1. Company name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone and FAX numbers, website address (if available), and the name, telephone number, Cage Code and/or DUNS number and e-mail address of a point of contact having the authority and knowledge to clarify responses with Government representatives. 2. NAICS code associated with this buy is 811198. Please identify if you are a small business and if you have any other socio-economic identifiers, for example: 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone, etc. 3. Technical narrative detailing the companys ability to provide the services listed in a timely manner to Pearl Harbor, HI 96860. Narrative should also include an affirmative statement to whether the company is a manufacturer or distributor. Please include the estimated lead time and warranties. 4. Please provide GSA contract or DOD/Federal contract number, if applicable. The Government acknowledges that responses to this sources sought are not binding offers.
