- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The Contracts Department, Code 022, NSWC PHD, intends to solicit and negotiate with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), CI Systems Inc. Cage Code 0WB57, for a 5" Video Boresight/Gun Alignment Camera. 1- Video Boresight Camera Part Number A022021000-SP QTY. 8 The statutory authority for this acquisition is 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. In accordance with FAR 6.302-2(i), the part listed are available from only one source and no substitutes will be applied. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 336413 with a size standard of 1000 Employees. The Product Service Code is 5836. Drawings and specifications are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. No solicitation package will be publicized. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, to susana.dryer@navy.mil A determination by the Government is not to compete the proposed procurement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Award will be made upon determination of the price fair and reasonable and is subject to FAR Part 15. Anticipated award date is on or about 1 September 2016.
