Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87-1 / 03-16-2016. (iv) This is an Open-Market Solicitation and the applicable NAICS is 541990. (v) List of contract line item number(s): See Attachment 1 VA261-16-Q-0475. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: See Attachment 1 VA261-16-Q-0475. (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance and FOB point: See Attachment 1 - VA261-16-Q-0475 (viii) Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and there is no addenda to the provision. (ix) Evaluation of quotes shall be lowest priced technically acceptable offer submitted by a responsible contractor who can demonstrate via past performance that they are capable satisfying the services requirements include in the solicitation VA261-16-Q-0475. (x) Offerors are not required to complete 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and there is no addenda to the clause. (xii) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. See Attachment 1 - VA261-16-Q-0475 for additional FAR clauses cited in the clause that are applicable to this acquisition. (xiii) Additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices: See Attachment 1 - VA261-16-Q-0475 (xiv) Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating, if applicable: Not Applicable to this Acquisition.
