COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Provide outdoor Light Fixtures and Poles as a brand name to Hunter Holmes McGuire Veterans Affairs Medical Center. 1)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns. All Small Businesses submitting an offer must be registered on https://www.sam.gov. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will ONLY be available on the FBO website (www.fbo.gov ). 2)This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number VA246-16-Q-0681. 3)The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-85. 4)This procurement is restricted.
