- Western Area Power Administration anticipates issuing a solicitation for one Firm-Fixed Price contract award for Omicron CMC 356 Relay Test Sets based on a brand name justification that will be provided in the solicitation. This synopsis is for a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code assigned to this project is 334515 with a small business size standard of 500 employees or less. The solicitation and brand name justification will be posted on or about March 17, 2016, with responses due back by March 30, 2016.
