- Attachment 2 - Waveform KSA for RFI Attachment 1 - Detailed RFI Instructions United States (US) Army Program Executive Office Command Control Communications-Tactical (PEO-C3T) is seeking information concerning the availability of capable domestic industry vendors to provide Software Defined Radio (SDR) Waveform Applications (WFA) that can be hosted on US Program of Record (POR) radio platforms and successfully support secure, wideband voice and data connectivity for potential coalition partners.
