Description
Attachment 2 - Waveform KSA for RFI Attachment 1 - Detailed RFI Instructions United States (US) Army Program Executive Office Command Control Communications-Tactical (PEO-C3T) is seeking information concerning the availability of capable domestic industry vendors to provide Software Defined Radio (SDR) Waveform Applications (WFA) that can be hosted on US Program of Record (POR) radio platforms and successfully support secure, wideband voice and data connectivity for potential coalition partners. In preparation for possible networking waveform acquisitions, PEO-C3T requests US domestic industry vendors review and comment on Government-provided information as detailed in section 5 of attachment 1 to this posting. This RFI shall not be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the US Government to acquire any products or services. Any information provided in response to this RFI is strictly voluntary and at no cost to the US Government. Any formal solicitation will be announced separately. At this point, PEO-C3T is only interested in identifying interested and capable industry vendors to verify the technical feasibility, assessments on potential candidate NDI waveforms, and review and comment on the Government-provided information as detailed in section 5.
