Description

MCLC, Albany, GA intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed price order with Lockheed Martin (CAGE 03538), 497 Electronics Pkwy, Liverpool, NY 13088 for the repair of the following: Item 0001: 5840-01-164-2385, Frequency Multiplier, P/N 77D614491G001, Qty 4 each Ship FOB Destination to SW3121, TMO, MCLC, Albany, GA 31704. Delivery is requested 120 days after receipt of repairables. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334511 and the small business size is 1,250 employees. The solicitation number is assigned for administrative purposes only as preparation of proposal is not anticipated. NO TECHNICAL DATA IS AVAILABLE. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Quote, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. This synopsis should not be construed as commitment by the Government for any purpose. The Government will consider all responses from capable interested offerors received within 15 calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this notice of proposed contract action. Such offers must be supported by information to enable the government to evaluate an offerors capability to repair these items without the government providing technical data. If no additional responses are received, an order will be placed without further notice with Lockheed Martin. All documentation shall become the property of the Government. NOTE: ALL SOURCES MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) DATABASE.
