- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Atlantic (SSC Atlantic) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to AGI, 220 Valley Creek Blvd., Exton, PA 19341. The software required is loaded on the DCGS-N System and has been tested and integrated with several other software brands to make up the DCGS-N Software build, and it is integral to the DCGS-N system to function properly. This update is critical and potentially adverse impact situational readiness of multiple sites and/or US Naval Ships. No alternatives are available or considered for this request. 001 STKforCMMA GDE, STK, HREI-PE AUTHOR VERSION 7.1-Node Locked License 5 EA 002 STKforCMMA-UGA GDE, STK, HREI-PE, AUTHOR VERSION 7.1 Node locked license, 1 EA. 0003 STKforCMMA-UGA, STKforCMMA-UGA GDE, STK, HREI-PE, AUTHOR VERSION 7.1 Annual Support and upgrades 5 EA 004 STKforCMMA-UGA, STKforCMMA-UGA GDE, STK, HREI-PE, AUTHOR VERSION 7.1 Annual Support and upgrades 1 EA This notice is a not a request for competitive quotes, it is a notice of intent, but the Government will accept quotes from all responsible small business sources with the capability to provide the support and will award a purchase order resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Quotes are due by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Monday, March 21st, 2016. No electronic or hard copy Request for Quotes will be prepared or made available for distribution.. Please include the following information on your quote: Payment Terms; FOB Point and Shipping costs if applicable; delivery date; Tax ID Number; Cage Code; POC e-mail address. The Government will accept proposals via email at: Elizabeth.luttrell@navy.mil. This action is conducted under FAR Part 13. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 423430. All responding vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting invoices for payment. Information to register can be found at www.sam.gov.
