- The Dublin VAMC site visit will be on March 21st. All other information to include the Point of Contact and location is the same. CARL VINSON VA MEDICAL CENTER - DUBLIN, GEORGIA This procurement is for an Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) opportunity at the CARL VINSON VA MEDICAL CENTER - DUBLIN, GEORGIA. The VA objective for this RFP is to receive proposals from one or more Offerors to develop the sites to provide supportive housing to homeless and near homeless individuals, and their families with a preference for Veterans under long-term ground lease agreements with VA for up to seventy-five (75) years. In return for a long-term lease of the property, the selected Offeror(s) will provide fair consideration to VA. The United States Department of Veterans Affairs ("Department" or "VA") on behalf of the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center is soliciting competitive proposals from private, public, and/or not-for-profit development offers in leasing and developing the subject property as described in the attached RFP. The Carl Vinson VA Medical Center is located on a beautifully landscaped 75-acre tract in Dublin, Georgia. The 340 operating-bed facility provides both acute and extended care services and has approximately 1,100 employees providing comprehensive health care to Veterans in Middle and South Georgia. Services provided at the medical center include primary care, mental health, ambulatory and primary care, optometry, women's health, and extended care, as well as specialized programs to include cardiology, pulmonary, general surgery, podiatry, urology, and physical therapy. Mental Health services available include treatment for substance abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder, and general psychiatric care. The United States Department of Veterans Affairs ("Department" or "VA") on behalf of the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, is soliciting competitive proposals from private, public, and/or not-for-profit development offers in leasing and developing a certain approximately 5.8 acre parcel of underutilized land which comprises of two (2) buildings (collectively, the "EUL Site") located on the Dublin campus. The Carl Vinson VA Medical Center is located on a beautifully landscaped 75-acre tract in Dublin, Georgia. The 340 operating-bed facility provides both acute and extended care services and has approximately 1,100 employees providing comprehensive health care to Veterans in Middle and South Georgia.
