- List of NSNs. This requirement is a multi-NSN LTC project consisting of 8 NSNs as follows: 1680-00-307-5915, Tube, Regulator Spring 1680-00-651-4569, Disconnect, Arresting 1680-01-268-5784, Belt, Aircraft safety 1680-01-380-3819, belt, Aircraft safety 1680-01-158-2944, Guard Handle 1680-01-512-0302, Lock, safety belt, Aircraft 1680-01-543-3614, Belt, aircraft safety 1680-01-599-2364, Belt, aircraft safety Please see the attached listing of each NSN and its required quantities. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. All NSNs are sole source to Meggitt Safety Systems, CAGE 45402. Aviation Life support equipment. Surplus offers are not acceptable for Life Support. The solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with one, one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. FOB at Origin with Inspection/acceptance at Origin. Option to extend terms of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. Unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is of critical application. Configuration control applies. Higher level quality inspection system in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 or equivalent is required. Surge & Sustainment is required. Air Force Critical Safety Item (CSI). The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
