Presolicitation Notice The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15 intends to release a commercial solicitation for stereomicroscope with accessories for the St Louis VA Medical Center. This acquisition shall be set aside for small businesses under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333314. The size standard is 500 employees. All other details will be included in the Request for Quotes (RFQ), which will be released on March 18, 2016 with a deadline of March 22, 2016. Quotes shall be submitted via email referencing the solicitation number VA255-16-Q-0340 in the subject line to yvonne.kittling@va.gov. All questions shall be sent via email NLT March 21, 2016 referencing the solicitation number VA255-16-Q-0340 in the subject line to yvonne.kittling@va.gov. All amendments, any other information pertaining to this solicitation, and answers to the submitted questions will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov. Contractor shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a contract award. Contractors may access SAM at https://www.sam.gov. All Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) shall be verified in VetBiz at www.vip.vetbiz.gov.
