Description
List of NSNs This requirement is a multi-NSN LTC project consisting of 4 NSNs as follows: 1660-00-909-6629, Diaphragm and Plate Assembly 1660-00-708-3266, Lever, Emergency Pressure Control 1660-00-633-2631, Spacer, Diaphragm 1660-00-633-2583, Bellows, Pressure Please see attached listing of each NSN and its required quantities. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. All NSNs are sole source to Carleton Technologies, CAGE 04577. Any distributor providing Carleton Technologies' parts must provide documentation from Carleton authorizing the company to sell its parts. The solicitation will result in an indefinite quantity contract with one, one-year base period and four, one-year option periods. FOB at Origin with Inspection/acceptance at Origin. Option to extend terms of contract 48 months. Duration of contract period 60 months. Aviation Life Support Equipment. Surplus offers are not acceptable for Life Support items. This requirement will be issued as an Unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition. Configuration control applies. Higher level quality inspection system in accordance with ISO 9001: 2008 or equivalent is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation issue date is April 11, 2016.
