- Sole Make Model Justification This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is N66604-16-Q-1393. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, RI (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for Cisco Nexus Fabric Extender and Network Switch. Sole Make and Model Justification is attached. Exact Part Numbers with Quantities are listed below. No substitution items allowed. CLIN 0001 (Qty. 1) Cisco Nexus Fabric Extender, P/N: N2K-C2248TF-E CLIN 0002 (Qty.1) Cisco Nexus Switch, P/N: N5K-C5672UP Although Cisco is the sole manufacturer, Cisco products and maintenance support can be purchased from authorized/certified value-added resellers. In order to procure Cisco equipment, the vendor shall be and shall provide evidence that they are certified to the level of Premier, Silver, or Gold Cisco authorized partners (list of available partners: www.cisco.com/go/partnerlocator). This procurement is Set Aside 100% for Small Business. NAICS code is 334112, size standard 1000 employees. F.O.B. Destination NUWCDIVNWPT Newport, RI. Delivery required 30 days from receipt of order. FOB Destination. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Circular 2005-87. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items applies. Evaluation will be in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items apply. Offers should include price, delivery terms and product information. The following addenda or additional terms and conditions apply: In Accordance With DFARS Clause 252.211-7003, Unique Item Identifier (UID) Applies To Line Items greater than $5k.
