- This solicitation will result in a Definite Quantity Contract / Firm Fixed Price for the quantity of 17'358. Parker Hannifin CAGE: 33269 P/N 109-00900; National Machine, CAGE 6L817, P/N 5003969. This item has an AMC/AMSC of 1B. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is suitable for a competitive acquisition; however, this item requires source control drawings in order to maintain the quality of the part. Any manufacturer, other than those listed above wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.aviation.dla.mil/userweb/sbo/Source%20Approval%20Requests.docx. This procurement is an Unrestricted, utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition. This is a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Configuration Control. The following terms apply, FOB: Destination, Inspection / Acceptance: Origin. Delivery for this procurement is DLA Direct (Stock). Production delivery is 103 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). A contractors' First Article Test (FAT) is required for this procurement. The following terms apply, FOB: Destination, Inspection: Origin, Acceptance: Destination. Submit test report 60 DARO. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 2 April 2016 with a closing date of 1 May 2016. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
