- This is a Synopsis notice for commercial items, Synopsis is as follows. A separate written solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote on today, 18 March 2016. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72. The North American Industrial Classification System codes is 923110. Required Items and Descriptions are as follows: CLIN 0001: Coordinator of Religious Education CLIN 1001: Coordinator of Religious Education CLIN 2001: Coordinator of Religious Education The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible vendor whose quote is most advantageous to the Government based on best value "trade-off" evaluation process. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible vendors must be active in the System for Award Management in accordance with FAR 52.204-13. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted quote. The RFQ, when it is released it will be available electronically at the following web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-16-T-0051. Quotes can be mailed, faxed, or emailed to the Contracting Office, U.S. Marine Corps RCO, MCB CAMP S. D. BUTLER, PSC 557 BOX 2000, FPO AP 96379-2000. Quotes must be received no later than 1500, Japanese Standard Time (JST) of solicitation closing date. The closing date will be specified in the Solicitation issued.
