SPACE AVAILABLE FOR OUTLEASE BY US GOVERNMENT The US General Services Administration has approximately 31,900 of useable square feet of office and storage related space available for lease at 801 I Street, Sacramento, California. The Federal Building was built in 1933 and is registered as a historic building. It is located in the downtown Sacramento central business district area, within walking distance to many state buildings and other local attractions including: Cesar Chavez Park, many banks, shops and restaurants, close to the new Sacramento Kings Area which is expected to open fall of 2016. Its location offers easy access to nearby highways, Sacramento International Airport as well as local public transportation (bus, light rail, Amtrak), making it a convenient location for any business. There are ample parking garages nearby. Public Building Hours are Monday through Friday (except federal holidays), 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. A Photo ID is required to enter a federal facility. There is a large conference room available for use to all of the tenants.
