- "THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY" Request for Quote/Proposal NOJCC Cafeteria Food Supplies Jackson.trudy@jobcorps.org. All other required documents can be submitted by fax, mail or electronically by email. http://fedgov.dnb.com/webform The New Orleans Corps Center (NOJCC) is located at 8825 Airline Highway, New Orleans, LA 70118 is seeking fully insured food supply vendor to submit a bid on the federally funded project mentioned herein; and if successfully awarded the subject contract, to satisfactorily perform the following work project according to the established criteria contained within same. Potential bidders must have or obtain a Dunn & Bradstreet (DUNS) number to be awarded a federal contract. Potential bidders must be registered in System for Awards Management (SAM) before being awarded a federal contract. Final bids are due to this center, no later than April 4, 2016 at 4:00 PM. Point of contact for this project is the Purchasing Department. They can be reached via email at Jackson.trudy@jobcorps.org Scope of Work 3. All goods/products are to be delivered to our location at 8825 Airline Highway, New Orleans, LA, 70118, by the successful bidder (s). Delivery times for vendors are from 7.a.m - 1 p.m. 4. All items are to be bid as written. When a specific brand name and model/style is requested, do not substitute another product. Substituted items will not be considered in this bid 5. No minimum charges will be accepted. 6. No substitutes will be accepted unless same or higher quality and comparable unit size at the same bid price 7. All forms and liability insurance documents need to be submitted with bid. 8. Any fuel/delivery/freight or minimum order surcharge must be clearly noted within the proposal. 9. All bids must include a copy of your business license and insurance (if applicable), current W-9 and our vendor acknowledgements form completely filled out, signed and dated.
