Description

QUANTITY HAS INCREASED FROM 7 EACH TO 14 EACH This solicitation will contain one NSN of 4920-01-628-2469, COMPOSITE REPAIR SE. The item is a part number in accordance with Fastening Systems International, The award type will be a Definite Quantity Contract, for a Firm Fixed Price buy with no optionS, for a quantity of 7 each. The is a 3D, item. The approved source of supply is Fastening Systems International, CAGE 64878, P/N: K-3000-MIL-1. A small business sub-contracting plan does not apply to this acquisition as the value is not over $700,000. This procurement will be solicited as Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition in accordance with U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination applies. Delivery is requested in 175 Days ARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Item is not a Critical Safety Item and is not commercial. The anticipated solicitation issue date is 3/31/2016 with an anticipated close date of 5/2/2016.
