Description

Vendor Certification Terms and Conditions W-9 Long Beach Job Corps located at 1903 Santa Fe Ave., in Long Beach, CA and operated by ODLE Management, LLC. is looking for a vendor to give us a quote to replace an awning outside our Building 3/Cafeteria. The current awing has become ripped and torn over time. The area serves as the entrance to our cafeteria and the anwing provides protection from rain and sun for students waiting to enter. Vendors are strongly encouraged to make an appointment to view the area of work. PLEASE CALL AHEAD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND DO NOT JUST ARRIVE AT THE CENTER. All vendors must provide references of previous work. All vendors must provide current liability insurance including a hard completion date. All quotes must include a sample of the material to be used and all work must be warrentied. All warrenties must be provided on completion of all work. All work must be completed during Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All vendors must provide supervision for workers during the scheduled replacement. All bids must be submitted on compnay letterhead and can be submitted via email.
