Description

INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Corrective Maintenance Service for ScriptPro Prescription Dispensing System I. GENERAL REQUIREMENT Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 16 (NCO 16) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price sole source contract award to ScriptPro, 5828 Reeds Road, Mission, KS 66202-2740. The Period of Performance for Contract Award will be from: Base: April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017 Option Year I : April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018 Option Year II: April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019 Option Year III: April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020 Option Year IV: April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021 This requirement is for all labor, certifications, equipment, all necessary skilled and certified labor for the original equipment manufacturer, materials, parts, software, transportation, travel, and supervision to provide Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services (PMRS) to the government-owned equipment listed below: MANUFACTURER MODEL SERIAL # ScriptPro Prescription Dispensing System M/N SP200 0003837-01 ScriptPro Prescription Dispensing System M/N SP200 0003551-01 Services shall be performed during the VA normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Government holidays. Equipment located at VA Medical Center, 2002 Holcombe BLVD, Houston, TX 77030. (There has been only one reasonable response to the RFI issued on March 9, 2016 under Source Sought Number VA256-16-N-0334). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by March 24, 2016, 10:00 a.m. (CST). Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to Jarvis.washington@va.gov.
