- VEEAM Software Maintenance Support Renewal. Accepting offers from VEEAMS's authorized resellers only!. Solicitation N00421-16-T-0216 is issued as a competitive procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a competitive basis for Veeam Software Contract Maintenance Support, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. This is a brand name 100 % match only! Substitute or similar product will not be accepted. Although not set-aside for Total Small Business, offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be made to small business owners. ***Basis for Award*** ACCEPTING OFFER'S FROM VEEAM'S AUTHORIZED RESELLERS ONLY!! Reference Renewal # 00191997 Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Selected bidder's decision to submit proposal on the final day of solicitation and requesting for an extension will not be granted. Extension is solely within the discretion of the government agent. Your quote must contain enough technical information i.e. data sheet, drawing, specification, etc.... for evaluation. Your quote will only be evaluated based on the information provided. The award will be made on the basis of lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factor. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. A determination by the Government not to accept the proposal for not meeting the minimum requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract.
