Sources Sought Information Request Form Oregon Army National Guard Control #: 1081-8507 Project Name: Oregon Army National Guard Explosive Safety Site Plan Services Sources Sought Brief Description: The Oregon Army National Guard (ORARNG) has a requirement for services to be provided that will ultimately result in the creation of a completed Explosive Safety Site Plan (ESSP) for designated explosive storage structures at Camp Rilea near Seaside OR. These sites include: 1. One Residue building 2. Four Earth Covered Cubicles 3. One Small Arms Magazine 4. One Loading Dock 5. One Demo Range. 6. Eight new ARMAGs. The ESSP will be reviewed and approved by NGB and US Army Technical Center for Explosives Safety (USATCES) before being sent for review and approval by the US DoD Explosive Safety Board (DDESB). A2: When the USPFO for Oregon issues a synopsis it will have information regarding the date the solicitation will be available as well as other pertinent information regarding the project. The solicitation will be available during this Fiscal Year. Will I be able to submit a proposal for this project? A3: Any contractor can submit a proposal and it will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria in the solicitation.
