Description

NAVSUP FLC San Diego intends to award a sole source contract to BRZ Inc. Anticipated award date is 26 September 2016. The government POC is Daniel R. Mahan. The draft Performance Work Statement is attached to this notice. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within ten days after date of publication of this Special Notice will be considered by the Government.
