- A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select "Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB)" from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at: http://www.adobe.com. "This solicitation contemplates a sole-source award to Malone's CNC Machining, pursuant to FAR 19.1306" This item is a sole source Hub-Zone award recommendation in accordance with FAR 19.1306 since only one Hub-Zone can satisfy the requirement. The company and the award is expected to be made to that company. The RFP-solicitation issue date 04/05/2016 and respond due date 05/05/2016. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 0061943125 and Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-16-R-1814, issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1560-01-646-4196, Panel, Structural, AI for 24 each. Item is not Critical Safety, neither is Critical Application. Item is Export Controlled. Requirement is in accordance with Basic Dwg NR 81205 4-5031 Rev NR F dtd 08/10/2015 Part Number 4-5031-501 requirements. Digital Mylar Data exists for this NSN. Required delivery objective is 210 days total. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase
