Description

Sole Source Hydraulic Test Stand to Testek, Inc. DLA Aviation Richmond is issuing a Sole Source solicitation to Testek, Inc to procure two Hydraulic Test Stands to include a Manifold Tower, Installation, IUID Tag and delivery. The solicitation is intended to result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract with completion requested in 364 days ARO. Request for Quote SPM4A8-16-Q-0054 is Sole Source to Testek, Inc. Quotes offering to provide a product manufactured by any vendor other than Testek, Inc will not be accepted. A complete technical package, DLA-A-VIBB-15-18-1000 is included as a part of the solicitation. FOB at Destination with Inspection at Origin and Acceptance at Destination. The solicitation will issue on March 22, 2016 and close on April 22, 2016. This synopsis serves to meet the requirements to post solicitations as the RFQ is NOT available on DIBBS. The solicitation will be issued and evaluation performed utilizing FAR 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures. A copy of the solicitation is attached.
