This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-69. This is a small business set-aside under NAICS 238220 (Size Standard $15 million). This requirement is for Boiler Combustion Testing/Tune-Up and Documentation service in accordance with the SOW.
