Description
Please use the HP Spreadsheet to provide your quote Attached is the IPD for each of the NSNs referenced on this solicitation Please review the attached justification Please review the terms and conditions in the attached RFQ ** Please see the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) documents for all applicable terms and conditions** This solicitation is pursuant to the award of an Open Market Term Contract for one (1) HP toner cartridge with a part number that is manufactured in a country not in compliance with the Trade Agreement Act of 1979 codified at 19 U.S.C 2501-2581. The period of performance under this Term Contract is one (1) base year with the opportunity for one (1) option year period. The total period of performance shall not exceed twenty four (24) months. Award is subject to the terms and conditions of the attached solicitation document, including, but not limited to the following: - This TC is being competed to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors with the Item Purchase Description(IPD)-referenced part number, in accordance with FAR 19.1405 - Only Original Equipment Manufactured (OEM) items will be considered for award and all quoted items are subject to review by the GSA Region 2 Acquisition Center's Technical Services Branch. Compatible or remanufactured items will not be considered for award. - Price, delivery and past performance are considered for award. - This TC will be awarded on an all or none basis using the evaluation criteria of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. DELIVERY : Deliveries will be made within the Continental United States( CONUS) and outside the continental United States OCONUS)through a stateside governmentt consolidation point. FOB Destination Delivery is required within seven (7) days after receipt of order (ARO). Quotes must be submitted via e-mail to contract specialist Jocelyn.vazquez@gsa.gov with the subject line "2QSBAB-JV-16-0071 Non TAA HP Quote" no later than 5:00 pm EST on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 - Along with your quote, you must furnish a copy of the items specification sheet. -Please use the attached spreadsheet titled "HP Spreadsheet" to submit your quote
