- Specification Package Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.603 and as supplemented with FAR Part 13.5 and the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. All correspondence regarding this acquisition shall reference Request for Quote (RFQ) Number: HSCG40-16-Q-P30B05. This solicitation and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87 (08 MAR 2016). The NAICS code for this solicitation is 336611 and the Small Business Size Standard is 1000. The U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC), Small Boat Product Line, intends to award a firm-fixed price contract using simplified acquisition procedures for the UNPLANNED DRYDOCKING & REPAIR of MLB 47232 STA. NATIONAL MOTOR LIFEBOAT SCHOOL. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to: Matthew S. Katsaris, Contract Specialist, Email: Matthew.S.Katsaris@uscg.mil, or FedExed to: 1301 Clay Street, Suite 807N, Oakland, CA 94612 Attn: Matthew Katsaris DESCRIPTION OF WORK: (a) The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, services, equipment, supplies, power, accessories, facilities and such other things as are necessary, except as otherwise specified, to perform the UNPLANNED DRYDOCKING and REPAIRS on MLB 47232 NATIONAL MOTOR LIFEBOAT SCHOOL, in accordance with this solicitation and attached specifications. (b) Performance will commence on or about 15MAy 2016 through 29JUNE2016.
