SPEC 1 MODEL SCR FLEXCOM 1000-X SERIES SPEC 11 SPEC 10 SPEC 9 SPEC 8 SPEC 7 SPEC 6 SPEC 5 SPEC 4 SPEC 3 SPEC 2 SOW Close Date: MARCH 27, 2016 at 5:00 PM (EST) Solicitation N00421-16-T-0220 is issued as a competitive procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a competitive basis for the manufacture of two Apache Flexible Duct Assemblies, two Apache Pallet Exhaust Assemblies, two Linear Bearing Exhaust Base Assemblies, and two engine fwd support asseblies in accordance with the Statement of Work, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. THE MANUFACTURER SHOULD DELIVER THE PRODUCT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BUT NO LATER THAN 06/06/2016. ONLY New Equipment, NO Remanufactured, and all items must be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Similar or Substitute products will not be accepted. Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract. This can be accomplished electronically at http://www.sam.gov/vendor.cfm.
