Scales : Contractor to use Landfill certified scales Quantity : 2,000,000 pounds. Foreign matter may exceed 10%. Bid Opening Date : March 31, 2016 Bid Opening Time : 1400 A complete bid will consist of the following items completed and signed and returned: 1. Completed SF114 2. Completed SF114B Bid Sheet 3. 20% Bid Deposit made out to the US Treasurer Mail or drop off sealed bid to: Commanding General Attn: Admin and Finance 12 Post Lane Camp Lejeune, NC 28547 Loading Requirements: Seller will load contractor provided rolloff bins Contianers: Contractor to provide drop and go rolloffs. Special Requirements: a 24 hour notice is required prior to removal of the property.
