- The Library of Congress intends to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement against existing FEDLINK Basic Ordering Agreement #LC11G7525 with Baker and Taylor, Inc. for Books and Library Publication Services on behalf of the European Regional Library Support Center (AREU). Services will be continued through September 30, 2016. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT EXISTS. No telephone calls will be accepted.
