Description
RFQ for thirty (30) Height Adjustable Standing Desks Description: Request for Quote 192115FHQIHSC0024 is in regards to Height Adjustable Standing Desks. Contractors must submit specification sheets with their price quotes for technical evaluation. Basis of Award: The basis for this single award Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order is lowest price technically acceptable in accordance with FAR 13.106. Evaluation will be conducted and selection will be made in accordance with the guidelines provided in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Homeland Security Acquisition Manual (HSAM), and this RFQ. The Government intends to evaluate responses and award a purchase order without requesting quote revisions. Therefore, initial submissions should contain the quoter's best terms (to include any discounts) from a price standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to request revised quotes if later determined to be necessary and in the best interest of the Government. Evaluation Criteria and Process: Offerors shall prepare quotes based on the specified criteria in terms of content and organization in order to assist ICE in determining the relative merit of quotes in relation to the requirements in the statement of work. Quotes shall be evaluated based upon factors and criteria set forth herein. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: 1. Technical: GO/NO GO. Either the quotation meets the requirements of the RFQ and Factor 1 and provides all required information (GO) or it does not (NO GO). Factor 1: Technical Capabilities • Two tiered non-fixed desktop supported standing desk at least four feet wide. It should be able to sit on top of a standard desk allowing for easy installation and no tearing down of cubicles or desks. This product should also have the ability to be picked up by one person and moved to another desk if needed. The two-tiered design should allow for an upper display surface for multiple monitors, and a lower display surface for the keyboard and mouse. • It needs to have a height adjustable monitor stand and keyboard tray that's wide enough for dual monitors (23" x 36" work surface) but is also sturdy so that the keyboard and monitor(s) do not bounce during use. The stand should be height adjustable of at least 15.5", and be able to support a minimum of 35 lbs of weight. • The movement (lift) of the desk needs to be assisted so that the individual using the desk does not have to lift it manually. It should also be able to lock in at any height preferred by the user. The desk should remain sturdy and stable even when fully extended or retracted. • The desk should be received fully assembled right out of the box with no assembly, installation, or tools required and a minimum one year limited warranty. Quality should be equivalent to the Varidesk Pro Plus-48 2. Price: The Price shall be inclusive of shipping The Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method of selection will be used by the government for this procurement. Offerors will get a GO/NO GO rating on Factor 1. The Price submitted will be evaluated for those vendors that get a GO on Factor 1. Note: FAILURE TO PROVIDE RELEVANT INFORMATION THAT ALLOWS THE GOVERNMENT TO AFFIRMATIVELY DETERMINE THAT THE VENDOR MEETS OR EXCEEDS THE TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE CRITERIA IDENTIFIED ABOVE MAY RESULT IN A DETERMINATION OF NON-ACCEPTABILITY. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AWARD THE CONTRACT WITHOUT DISCUSSIONS.
