- Performance Work Statement The 413th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office Fort Wainwright Alaska, is seeking information on sources to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform government-to-government consultation services. All work shall be in accordance with Garrison, State, and Federal codes and laws. Qualified offerors shall be experienced in the following critical skills: the ability to procure subject matter experts (SMESs) who are suited to the designated work, specifically focused on Interior Alaskan Native culture; knowledge of rural Interior Alaska communities, including their social structure and customs, their geographic placement, their resource limitations, and their political climates; familiarity with various means of travel in rural Alaska, including the means of procurement and awareness of safety and weather issues; and familiarity with staging meetings in rural or rustic environs. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code contemplated for this service is 712120 Historical sites, with a size standard of $7.5M, however respondents may identify other potential NAICS codes and the reasoning to support the recommendation. This notice is not designed to discourage competition from any business interested in this requirement. Since the current capabilities must be confirmed, all eligible large and small businesses as well as non-profit organizations are encouraged to respond. The Government is not obligated and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this Sources Sought notice. Respondents WILL NOT be notified of the results of this sources sought survey. If and when a solicitation is issued it will be posted on www.fedbizops.gov. It is the respondent's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of any synopsis or solicitation. A general statement of work is provided as an attachment to this notice. It is requested that interested businesses submit documentation of capabilities in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that they possess the necessary experience and expertise to compete for this acquisition. All information shall be sent via email to Verena Hawkes, Contract Specialist, verena.w.hawkes.civ@mail.mil. Submissions must be received by this office no later than 1:00 PM (AKST) on Tuesday, 29 March 2016.
