- Wage Determination Steel Frame Drawings 7 CS AF Form 66, Submittal Schedule 7 CES AF Form 66, Submittal Schedule Project Report with Load Calculations Construction Standards Statement of Work Request for Quotation 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4661-16-Q-0024. 2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87 effective 07 Mar 2016, DFARS DPN 20160226 effective 26 Feb 2016, and AFFARS AFAC 2015-1001 effective 1 Oct 2015. 3. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 334290. A Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 750 Employees. 4. Set-aside: 100% Small Business Set Aside 5. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to: 7 CES/CEIAR 710 3rd St., Bldg. 8008 Dyess AFB, TX, 79607 6. Period of Performance: 45 Days ADC 7. Deadline for receipt of offers 30 March 2016, 1400 (CST).
