- SOURCES SOUGHT: THIS IS ONLY A MARKET SURVEY FOR WRITTEN INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the technical point of contact will not be given and no appointments for presentations will be made. The U.S. Coast Guard is considering whether or not to solicit unrestricted or to set aside an acquisition for one of the following types of business concerns: * HUBZone Small Business concerns * Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns (SDVOSB) * 8(a) certified Small Business concerns * Women Owned Small Business concerns (WOSB) * Small Business concerns The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236118 with a small business size standard of $36.5 Million. The estimated value of the procurement is between $250,000 and $500,000. Bid, payment and performance bonds will be required. The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking Interested Vendors with successful past performance, current relevant experience, personnel, equipment, capability and bonding capacity to repair the Cape Elizabeth Duplex Housing. The work includes performing exterior repairs, gutting the interior of the building, interior finish work, providing new cabinetwork at kitchens and bathrooms, providing a new operable plumbing system, providing a new hot water heating system, providing new electrical panels, site work, including a new sliding gate and chain link fencing repairs, and reconnecting and servicing the existing waste treatment system. The performance period is estimated to be 120 days. Your response is required no later than April 1, 2016 4:00 PM EST.
