- DRAFT PWS - BUMED IT-IM Technical Services Sources Sought - BUMED IT-IM Technical Services A. The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineering and Support Center Huntsville is issuing this sources sought/request for information (RFI) as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Information Technology/Information Management (IT/IM) program management, technical support and clinical informatics expertise in direct support of emerging business and clinical transformation for the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis Based on the responses, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition, and multiple awards may be made. All small business set-aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. B. This RFI is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to award a contract(s). This is not a solicitation announcement. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this RFI or any follow-up information requests. All questions shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email. Questions via telephone will not be addressed. C. Reference "BUMED IT/IM Technical Services" in the subject line of all correspondence. a. Closing Date: Thursday, April 07, 2016 b. Closing Time: 5:00PM Central Standard Time (CST) E. The contractor will be tasked to accomplish work specified in the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) included in this document. a. The Period of Performance (POP) will include a six-month base and four option years. b. The applicable NAICS code is NAICS 541611 - Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services with a size standard of $15M. F. Response(s) are limited to 10 pages excluding the title page. Response(s) shall be submitted electronically and formatted as single spaced lines, 1" margins, and Times New Roman 12 point font in Microsoft Word (WORD) or searchable Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) to the individuals specified in "C" of this section. Hard copies or facsimile submissions will not be accepted. Graphics or pictures are not allowed. Illustrations such as tables, flowcharts, org charts, etc. may be utilized; however, they will be counted against the page count limitation. NOTE: PLEASE REVIEW ATTACHMENTS FOR COMPLETE DETAILS.
