- rfq quote sheet picture3 picture2 picture1 SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is RFQP02151600015 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) unless otherwise indicated herein. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333318. This requirement is unrestricted, and only qualified offerors may submit bids. Bids/Quotes will be accepted on the day this solicitation is posted and will end on Monday April 7, 2016 at 8:00 AM Eastern Time. Quotes should shall be faxed or emailed to 845-386-6801 or gbodine@bop.gov, Attn: George Bodine, Contract Specialist. The Federal Bureau of Prisons requires a vendor to match, meet, or exceed the following items: 1. (5) Unimac 160b Capacity Washers, model #UWN160T4V, Electrical - 480 Volts / 3 Phase / 60 Hertz, to include Warranty. Washers must be able to integrate with Sunbrust Conserv Energy System, Model MSL1030. 2. Installation and Startup: Set, level, program in place, and bolt down rigid mount washers to include onsite startup and training. 3. Haul away of (5) existing functional washers. To also be used as credit with your quote. Existing washers to be hauled away are UniMac brand, (4) UW125PVNU50006 and (1) UW80PVNU60002, all fully fuctional. Bid must be good for 30 calendar days after close of buy. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer is considered to be the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors are price, past performance, and technical. All being equal. Offeror must be registred in www.sam.gov Faith based and Community based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The anticipated award date is April 8th, 2016.
