- Redacted J&A Whidbey 2 IPT FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and compelling urgency. Fixed-Price contract awarded to Integrated Procurement Technologies (IPT) for Cobham AvComm products, for a quantity of one (1) each Avionics Ramp Test Set (Part Number (P/N) IFR 6000), two (2) each VOR/ILS Test Set (P/N IFR 4000), two (2) each Test Set, Fuel Quantity (P/N PSD60-2R), and two (2) each FQIS Test Set Adapter Kit, Fuel Tank (P/N PSD60-P-8A), that will be used for O-level maintenance of the P-8A. Cobham AvComm has designated IPT as their master distributor. Cobham AvcComm will continue to provide direct pre/post sales activities, application engineering functions, telemarketing, and direct support for end-user customers. Additionally, warranty, service, and product training will continue to be handled by Cobham AvComm.
