Description

BEST PRACTICES ROAD DETAILS BLADING LIMITS 2 BLADING LIMITS TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS RETURN PACKAGE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - ROADS IDIQ The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests has requirement for Forest Road Maintenance and Construction on the Lakeside Ranger District. All of this work is covered under the Davis-Bacon Act. The Government anticipates making at least 3 individual awards under the multiple awards (MAS) of Firm Fixed-Price IDIQ (Indefinite-Delivery / Indefinite-Quantity) contracts using the Request For Proposal (RFP) format. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Small Business size standard is $36.5 Million under NAICS code 237310. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, Contractors shall be registered in System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov). The solicitation packages, plans, and specifications will be made available on or after March 8, 2016, and will be posted at http://www.fbo.gov under this solicitation number. No Telephone requests for solicitation packages will be accepted. A Pre-Proposal Meeting is scheduled for March 23, 2016, 10:00 a.m., and will be held at the Black Mesa Ranger District Office, 2748 HWY 260, Overgaard, AZ 85933, in conjunction with AG-8173-S-16-0008. The Closing Date for responses to the RFP shall be April 14, 2016, 4:00 pm local time (Arizona does not participate in Daylight Savings Time).
