Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Texas City: Houston Delineated Area: Central Business District -Houston North: Beginning at the intersection of Bagby Street and Rusk Street continuing in an easterly direction ending at the intersection of Rusk Street and San Jacinto Street. East: Beginning at the intersection of Rusk Street and San Jacinto Street continuing in a southerly direction ending at the intersection of San Jacinto Street and Interstate Highway 45 (IH-45). South: Beginning at the intersection of San Jacinto Street and IH-45 continuing in a westerly direction ending at the intersection of IH-45 and Bagby Street. West: Beginning at the intersection of IH-45 and Bagby Street continuing in a northerly direction ending at the intersection of Bagby Street and Rusk Street. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 29,363 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 29,363 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 13 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): 13 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 year Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: •· All space shall be contiguous in a single building. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Houston, TX. This is a notice of intent for sources sought to provide adequate transparency to the market. The Government will only consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
