Description
Attachment of Items THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Pacific is seeking additional sources for medical reagents, calibrators, controls and consumables for SYSMEX 2000i, 1800, CA1500 and CA550 Hematology Analyzers and VITEK II Analyzer. The delivery location will be U. S. Naval Hospital Okinawa. The applicable NAICS code is 325412 - Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing and the small business size standard is 750 employees. Interested parties shall provide the following information to the Government: (1) Name of Company - include company address, a contact person's name, telephone number, and email address; (2) Company size (please specify as either large, small business, etc.); (3) Describe in detail the firm's capability to provide the items listed below, along with the item lead times. Respondents should include applicable Duns and Bradstreet Number (DUNS), Tax Identification Number (TIN) and System for Award Management (SAM) Commercial Government Entity (CAGE) code number. Prospective offerors must have the capability to provide all of the items listed in the attachment. Please see attachment for list of items. Special Instructions: The supplies shall be delivered in manufacturer's standard packaging and marking for domestic shipment and protected in a manner to prevent deterioration and damage during shipment from manufacturer to destination. The supplies shall be kept at -18C through 8C during delivery from the Contractor's plant to the delivery point. The purpose of this notice is to identify potential sources. ***THIS NOTICE IS NOT A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT AND A CONTRACT WILL NOT BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.*** No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up information requests. All information submitted will be held in confidential manner and will only be used for planning purposes. The Government will not pay for materials furnished in response to this notice. Submittals furnished will not be returned to the sender. Responses must be received no later than 09:00 p.m. Japan Standard Time (JST) on March 28, 2016.
