W-9 FORM MTC VENDOR FORM ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & CONDITIONS FORM MTC TERMS & CONDITIONS DAVIS BACON WAGE SCHEDULE CBP CONTAINS MTC REQUIREMENTS AND STATEMENT OF WORK THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY with Management & Training Corporation (MTC), operator of the Wilmington Job Corps Center. MTC is requesting bids for our Lightning Protection System Master Label Re-Certification (Def# 97555) located at 9 Vandever Avenue, Wilmington, DE 19802. The attached construction bid package (CBP) contains all requirements and the statement of work (SOW). This is a new requirement and no other information is available. 1. A pre-construction meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at 10:00am (EST) at the site location. 2. Any questions should be submitted no later than Thursday, April 7, 2016 at 11:00am (EST)) to sandra.clore@mtctrains.com. Questions will be addressed through an Addendum. 3. All bids and associated "attached" documents are due no later than Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at 1:00pm (EST). 4. Services provided under this solicitation are under NAICS Code 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors. Information regarding this NAICS code is located at http://www.census.gov/cgi-bin/sssd/naics/naicsrch MTC reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any formality connected with the bids. MTC will be the sole judge of which bid is the best value and its determination and finding on such decision will be final.
